Job Title: Business Analyst (Manufacturing & Plant Maintenance Domain) Experience: Budget : 5 to 6LPA Location: Onsite Employment Type: Full-time Roles and Responsibilities: • Work within an Agile/Scrum framework to gather, document, and manage business requirements effectively. • Translate high-level requirements into Epics and detailed User Stories with clear Acceptance Criteria. • Maintain and update Jira boards, ensuring stories are estimated, prioritized, and sprint-ready. • Create and manage a well-groomed Product Backlog, collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize based on business value. • Collaborate with stakeholders to build and maintain a Product Roadmap, aligning it with strategic objectives and development capacity. • Draft clear and concise Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to guide design and development teams. • Support the creation of wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in collaboration with UI/UX designers for visualizing requirements. • Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, and product managers to ensure seamless execution of deliverables. • Use structured prioritization techniques like MoSCoW, RICE, or Kano Model to drive alignment on feature delivery and sequencing. • Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by defining test scenarios, coordinating with end-users, and validating outputs against the acceptance criteria. • Identify gaps and propose solutions that align with user needs and system feasibility. • Conduct stakeholder meetings and regular sprint reviews/demos to ensure transparency and alignment. • Ensure documentation is up-to-date in tools like Confluence or shared project repositories. • Act as the voice of the user in backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions to ensure business value is delivered iteratively. Must-Have Skills: • Experience working in Agile environments with Jira and Confluence. • Ability to define Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and manage sprints effectively. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Experience preparing PRDs, wireframes, and process flows. • Familiarity with UAT planning and execution. • Good understanding of prioritization frameworks and roadmap development. • Exposure to cross-functional collaboration across business and technical teams.
